Standard UK Orders — Production & Lead Times
Our pieces are individually hand-cut and sewn in small runs, with the majority of items made to order.
Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase for your order to be produced and handed over to our shipping partners.
Rush Order Service
Need your order sooner? Rush orders may be available depending on your required date and our current production capacity, and are subject to an additional fee.
To request a rush order, please email “Rush Order” with your order number, required date, and any relevant details. We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, Monday–Friday.
Please note that orders placed on non-working days (Saturday, Sunday, and UK public bank holidays) will be processed on the following working day.
Shipping Services UK
Once your order has been dispatched, the majority of our orders it will be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked or EVRI Tracked. You will get an email with live tracking, in the evening on the day it’s left us.
By shopping with EBCSTUDIO, you acknowledge and accept that Royal Mail and other trackable services constitute sufficient evidence that your order has been, or will be, delivered.
International Shipping & Customs information
Customs and import charges may apply to orders shipped outside the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority.
If an item is refused by the customer because of customs fees/ and or custom fee's correspondence are missed, and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping fee's. Please note, an order can not be cancelled because of customs fee's, In such cases where an items is shipped and then returned back to us, a credit note only will be issued. Refunds will not be provided for items rejected due to unpaid customs fees.
Please note: EBCSTUDIO has no control over customs charges and we are unable to advise on potential costs, as duties and policies vary between countries.
International Delivery (Including Ireland)
- Estimated turnaround: upto 4 weeks from order date to delivery
- Next day delivery and guaranteed delivery dates are not applicable for non UK orders.
- Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Airmail or Evri tracked service
- Once in your country, parcels are handed over to your local delivery provider
- You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped, it is the customers responsibility to track and trace there order.
*Please allow up to 6 weeks from order date to delivery as a precautionary guideline, especially during busier times where we have a longer production lead time.
Returns
All items are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason, we do not offer refunds and operate a credit note only returns policy.
Return requests for a credit note must be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order via our online returns process.

Where a return is approved and a credit is issued ;
- Have a 12-month expiry
- Can be used to order alternative sizes and/or other items from all our collections
Return requests must be communicated within 5 days of receiving your order via our return request online process. Credit will issued within 7 working days of receipt of items. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns.
Please not ; Sale items and clearance items, are non returnable.
Return conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt
- Must be unworn and in their original packaging
- Hygiene stickers/tags must remain intact
- Proof of postage is retained
Order Cancellation:
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
Faulty Items
Our pieces are handmade and cut in-house by our team of skilled seamstresses. In the event that an item is received with a fault, this must be reported within 2 working days of delivery via email to help@ebcstudio.co.uk , with clear photographs attached.
Claims reported outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement free of charge, or alternatively a credit note, subject to inspection of the garment upon return.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to returned items
- Postage costs are non-refundable
- If agreed, postage labels may be issued up to £3.
General Queries
All other order issues or queries must be reported within 3 days of receipt.
Returning Goods:
- Recorded delivery is recommended
- Proof of postage must be provided
- We cannot be held responsible if a returned product does not reach us
- postage fee is the responsibility of the customer
Delays & Responsibility
All timeframes provided are guidelines and may vary during busy periods. Please contact us if you require more specific information about your order.
Delays caused by material delays / courier delays, which are services are outside of our control. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on delayed items where proof of postage and valid tracking has been provided.
