Free shipping on orders over £150 - UK orders only

Order Processing

All orders are carefully prepared and handed over to our shipping couriers within 2–7 working days of purchase. Processing times may vary as the majority of our pieces are hand-cut and sewn individually in small runs and often produced to order.

Ready to ship - Items labeled ready to ship, will be shipped within 1-2 days , next day available upon request.

In some cases, we may have small batches pre-made and ready to ship. If so, your order may be dispatched sooner. For more accurate timing on a specific piece, please feel free to contact us directly.

We regularly update our product pages to reflect the current estimated timeframes for production and shipping.

Please note that all orders placed on non-working days (Saturday, Sunday, and public bank holidays) will be processed on the following working day.


Shipping Services

Once your order has been dispatched, it will be shipped via Royal Mail (Tracked 24h or Tracked 48h services) or Evri where appropriate.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking details, allowing you to follow your order’s journey.

By shopping with EBCSTUDIO, you acknowledge and accept that Royal Mail and Evri tracking records constitute sufficient evidence that your order has been, or will be, delivered.

 

International Shipping & Customs

Customs and import charges may apply to orders shipped outside the UK. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly to the relevant customs authority.

If an item is refused by the customer because of customs fees/ and or custom fee's correspondence are missed,  and the order is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for covering any return shipping fee's. Please note, an order can not be cancelled because of customs fee's, In such cases where an items is shipped and then returned back to us, a credit note only will be issued. Refunds will not be provided for items rejected due to unpaid customs fees.

Please note: EBCSTUDIO has no control over customs charges and we are unable to advise on potential costs, as duties and policies vary between countries.


International Delivery (Including Ireland)

  • Estimated turnaround: 1–2 weeks from order date to delivery
  • Shipped via Royal Mail Airmail or Evri tracked service
  • Once in your country, parcels are handed over to your local delivery provider
  • You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped

*Please allow up to 6 weeks from order date to delivery as a precautionary guideline, especially during busier times.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns for credit notes only, which:


  • Have a 12-month expiry
  • Can be used to order anything from any of our collections


Return requests must be communicated within 3 days of receiving your order via email only: ebcstudiouk@gmail.com. Credit notes will be issued within 14 working days of receipt of items. Customers are responsible for all shipping fees related to returns.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 5 days of receipt
  • Must be unworn and in their original packaging
  • Hygiene stickers/tags must remain intact
  • Proof of postage is required

Order Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.


Faulty Items

If an item is faulty, it must be reported within 2 working days of receipt via email: ebcstudiouk@gmail.com. We will offer a repair or replacement free of charge.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any loss or damage to returned items
  • Postage costs are non-refundable
  • If agreed, postage labels may be issued up to £3

General Queries

All other order issues or queries must be reported within 3 days of receipt.

 

Returning Goods:


  • Recorded delivery is recommended
  • Proof of postage must be provided
  • We cannot be held responsible if a returned product does not reach us

 

Delays & Responsibility

All timeframes provided are guidelines and may vary during busy periods. Please contact us if you require more specific information about your order.

 

Delays caused by postal or courier services are outside of our control. Refunds or exchanges cannot be offered on delayed items where proof of postage and valid tracking has been provided.
